He played a crucial role in pre-leasing grocery-anchored shopping centers and pad sales. In 1988, Jerry joined Marcus & Millichap, pioneering the focus on net leased investment sales. By 1994, he had joined Rein & Grossoehme, where he specialized in net leased investments and initiated the firm’s shopping center and retail leasing division. In 2004, Jerry obtained his broker’s license and founded Triple Net America in 2005, further cementing his expertise in net leased investment sales and retail leasing across the Phoenix market. With over 31 years of industry experience, Jerry is renowned for his meticulous attention to detail, unwavering loyalty, and commitment to delivering exceptional results.
